Before submitting an order, please make sure that you have a valid purchase order and instructions for splitting out your Orchid licenses across multiple servers. For example, if your purchase order is for 20 total licenses which will be applied to 3 servers, you will need to note the number of licenses per server in the "License Breakout" field. Submitting a purchase order online will automatically create a support ticket for which you may receive updates pertaining to your purchase order submission.
